Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers’ Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal.

Please note that we can only accept notice of cancellation in writing. Thank you for your understanding.
You can cancel free of charge 1 month before the date of arrival.
In case of cancellation of the reservation prior to departure, or premature termination of your booked stay we must charge you for the missing allocation with 90% of the price. These conditions are also valid for late arrival.
