Prices are valid for a holiday apartment per day for 2 people.

Cited prices includes:

• Finnish sauna with rest space
• Whirlpool
• The best drinking water, stream and heating
• Parking lot for car
• Sunbathing area with garden, furniture and garden grill
• Bed linen, towels and dish towels exist and are changed if requested
• Internet corner
• Brixen Card

Every other bed in the flat :

• 0 – 3 years: 12 euro per day
• 3 – 14 years: 22 euro per day
• from 14 years: 32 euro per day

Infos – not included in the price:

• Tyrolean dinner with 4-dishes-menu + drinks: 40 Euros
• Bread-service and fresh milk
• Bus station in front of the house (every day every hour)
• Little pets allowed: 15 Euros per day
• Final cleaning: Typ eA 45 Euros, Type B 50 Euros, Type C 60 Euros
• Persons over 14 years will from 1.1.2014 have to pay a tourist tax of € 2,90 per person per night. This fee is not included in the total price of your stay: it is only payable on departure.
• Washing opportunity: A washing machine is available to our guests

In the main season the flats are rented only week by week from Saturday on Saturday or Sunday on Sunday.
